What you earn

You earn a share of the profit on every house you sell, and the share grows once you are established. How much profit a house makes depends on the model, and on the materials and options the customer picks, so the figures below are estimates rather than a price list, given as a minimum and a maximum.

Your first five sales€3,500 to €7,500A 50% share of the profit on each house: the minimum on our lowest-profit builds, the maximum on our best.
Every sale after that€4,500 to €10,000Your share rises to 67% and stays there for every sale after the fifth.

The risk stays with us

The parts that keep most people out of this business are the parts you never carry.

What it takes

Finding the customers

  • Roughly 10 to 15 hours a weekEnough to work a market properly, without replacing what you already do.
  • We do not hand you leadsYour own market and your own marketing are the job. That is exactly why the margin share is so generous.
  • You already know how to reach buyersYou already advertise, run social channels and turn up at local events and home shows.

Looking after them

  • An answer within 24 hoursThese are people spending serious money, and silence loses them.
  • Somebody covers when you are awayHolidays should not stop a customer getting a reply, so you need a backup person who can pick up leads and viewings while you are out.
  • Comfortable on videoWalkthroughs happen by phone, WhatsApp and live video.
  • It does not end at deliveryYour customer keeps coming to you afterwards, and you keep the relationship. The warranty work happens behind you.

Knowing your ground

  • Permits and zoning, explained calmlyA nervous first-time buyer needs someone who knows the local rules.
  • The practical side, coordinatedCrane, foundation and utilities on the day. Your own subcontractors are fine, and we tell you what the house needs.

A pace that is realistic

  • Two houses in the first six monthsOne a quarter, during the trial.
  • Six in your first full yearOne every two months.
  • Ten in your second yearOnce you know the product, roughly one a month.

The first six months are a trial for both of us, with no obligation on either side to carry on. If it works, we move to a long-term agreement.

Six houses in a first year works out somewhere between €22,000 and €47,000, depending which models you sell.

Is this you?

This works well if

  • You already meet people who have land and are looking for a house to put on it
  • A sale at €50,000 or more is routine for you, not an event
  • You have your own way of reaching customers, whether that is a shop, a site, a network or a following
  • You want another product line rather than a whole new business

This does not work if

  • You are looking for passive income or a lead-forwarding scheme
  • You would have to build a customer pipeline from nothing
  • You are a one-person operation with nobody to cover you
  • You already sell a competing tiny house brand
  • You cannot reliably answer a customer within 24 hours

If the right-hand column describes you, do not write us off. Our referral programme pays 2% of the sale price for an introduction, with none of the commitment, and it may suit you far better.

Contact us if that sounds like you and you would like to know more.
